Kaktovik digits

Hi. I'd like to create a stub on the en:Kaktovik numerals, but don't know the correct title. ("Kaktovik" itself is Qaaktuġvik.) I can't do much on WP-ik, but I can at least list the digits, provide SVG images and their Unicode values (just approved this year), make a table converting between Kaktovik and Hindu-Arabic, and give the Iñupiaq words for the numbers, all of which is available in MacLean's dictionary.
